I walked into Steve Silvers office and told his team I wanted to purchase my first home.
Within less than a month I found the home I wanted. He set me up with Gene Cooney who was extremely helpful as well. Steve pushed the process and within two months or less I had my first home signing. It went flawlessly. Mr. Silver and his team were beyond helpful. He didn't push a house on me. When we found the house I wanted I told him I was done, that I wanted this house. We were viewing the house. He said hold on a minute and immediately got on the phone and put in an offer. I told Steve I needed an at least 4 bedroom house, preferably with an extra room that could be a bedroom.
We have 6 kids. So Steve says, "I got this nice 3 bedroom with a big basement." Que the look to my husband.... 😒. Hubs says let's look anyways. So we go and literally it's perfect. 3 bedrooms upstairs. 1 room downstairs. The rest of the basement was mostly finished and so big we were able to build wall and add a room. This house is now a 4 bedroom with an extra room that we use as a bedroom. We can also still build another wall and create another room. Thank you Steve, you knew exactly what we needed!
Steve in my opinion is one of the best agents I’ve ever used.
He is very attentive to the details and all transactions which is about 8 or 9 houses have went through extremely smooth. If you are coming to the Seymour area there is no one else I would use.
